We believe a private pay model enables greater flexibility, individualized care, and
focused attention on your child’s goals.
Insurance & Billing
Bruno’s Pediatric Therapy Services does not directly accept insurance. This model allows us to prioritize your child’s goals — not billing codes. Superbills are available upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.
Session Structure
Individual therapy sessions run 35 minutes and group therapy sessions run 45 minutes. Evaluations are 75–90 minutes in length and are required prior to initiating ongoing therapy services.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours’ notice required. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies.
