Overview
Bruno Pediatric Therapy Services LLC is committed to providing consistent, high-quality therapy services. To maintain scheduling integrity and fairness to all families, the following policies apply.
Session Cancellations
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
- No-shows are considered a forfeited session.
- Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or illness at the discretion of the practice.
Therapy Packages
- Therapy sessions are sold in structured packages (4, 8, 12, 16, or 20 sessions).
- Packages are designed to promote consistency and measurable progress.
- Sessions must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe outlined in the service agreement.
Refund Policy
- Evaluation fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated.
- Therapy session packages are non-refundable once the package has begun.
- Unused sessions may not be transferred without written approval.
- Refund considerations, if any, are determined solely at the discretion of Bruno Pediatric Therapy Services LLC.
